Red Arrows have picked up 14 from a possible 18 points

Red Arrows beat Green Buffaloes to stay at the summit of the MTN Super League while Nakambala Leopards stunned Roan United in Luanshya as the ‘Sugar Boys’ moved into second and a point behind Arrows.

Under-17 international Ronald ‘Sate Sate’ Kampamba rescued Nkana with an equaliser as the Kitwe side forced a 2-2 draw while the reds’ city rivals Power Dynamos also played to draw after they were held by Lime Hotspurs.

Goals from Derick Kabwe, Winstone Kalengo and Rodgers Kamwandi helped Zesco United get a much needed boast ahead of their CAF Champions League return leg in Cairo against Al Ahly after they thumped Kalewa 3-0 in the second of the six Ndola derbies to be played this season.

Under-20 striker Moses Phiri’s brace propelled Zanaco to a 2-1 win over Green Eagles in Southern Province.

What do you expect, Chicken George was Agrey’s boss. Agrey is learning the tricks of the trade. So far so good for Buffalo but abakulu bakulu. Congrats to Arrows. I repeat my earlier statement that this league has no favorites this season. Thumbs up to the SUGAR BOYS for a good run so far. Continue and the we see who will grab the league this season. Go on and challenge the traditional big boys and improve competition for our game

Atase ba power, two defeats in a row then you follow that up with a draw? Not good enough for me! Power is too big a club to be under performing,Luka lungu,Mudenda & Sitali stand up & be counted!!!

Congrats Red Arrows, that’s a beauty of having a coach with a vision, who has at least coached at national level, competited in caf tournaments as a coach.keep it up george, continue encouraging the boys that they can also play continental football. You are not like the majority of so called Zambian football coaches without coaching records but just because one was a player….Such coaches have contributed to having our soccer standards to go down in our league

The nickname for Nakambala Leopards is “The Sweet Boys” and not “Sugar Boys” and thanks for all the positive comments about this exciting team.

ROK AND HIS TEAM HAVE JOINED THE REBEL LEAGUE NFL. READ THE NEWS ON TEAMS THAT ATTENDED THE ‘MEETING’ AT NASDEC.

  16. ROK on Wed, 4th May 2011 2:11 AM

I am very much around and reading each and every line of each posting.

  17. ROK on Wed, 4th May 2011 2:29 AM

I have read that in the news and have also confirmed that my Chairman and Treasurer attended that meeting. I have not had any meeting with my executive but my personal opinion is that it would be detrimental to Zambian football to have two parrallel leagues in the country given that we are already playing week 5. I have a few issues with what transpired at the AGM but in the interest of football development, it is better we rally behind Kalu, at least for now. The Afritex FC Excom may have its own views on this but i am strongly opined to think that, in the interest of football development, let us be patient enough to wait for the elective 2012 which is not far from now. Can we sacrifice the next 12 months or so to our football. I remember (Zamfoot correct me) i was the pioneer of the idea that at the end of the day on this blog, it should be football that should win and to that effect, much as i may have some concerns over the handling of the VONC, I am happy that the decision by Mazabuka United, though not porpular, was in favour of football. For me, this is what i meant by letting football win.

ROK. Hi! Interesting comment you have made. So you can neither confirm nor deny?

People on this forum have actually made me very upset. Just because I have not responded to anything on this forum does not mean I am Simataa Simataa.

I clearly stated stated that I was in Kitwe burying my sister. When can low intellect morons with the mentally challenged low IQ excuse for a human that calls itself Yu and friends stop thinking I am Simataa Simataa.

Go to Hillview Clinic in Parklands, Kitwe and ask for Sister Mary Goretti Mwale. You will be told she passed away on Thursday. She was my sister. Stop insulting her memory. I did say on this very forum that I am burying my sister in Kitwe.

My life is not just football. Or this forum.

Just he same way FAZ is run. Now that they have entrenched themselves in FAZ house can we please see sensible things coming out of this. So my challenges to FAZ are:-

    1. Where is a short summary of your vision ?
    2. What are your targets ?
    3. Where is your strategic plan to achieve this ?
    4. Where is your BUSINESS PLAN or Work Plan to implement your STRATEGIC PLAN ?
    5. Where is your annual budget and work plan ?
    6. When will you conform to the constitution in terms of transparency ?
    7. When will you improve on competency issues ?
    8. When will you stop being unofficial player agents and scouts ?
    9. When will you stop this unnecessary politicking and get back to work ?
    10. By the way can we have the delegate list and minuts for the KABWE ECM for a start? It is inthe constitution you know.

FAZ needs to bring back the standards of administration which prevailed in Zambi’s golden age and not the little shop on the corner “Ma BUNS YA CHIPA” style currently prevailing.

Can we also have more substance and less James Bond corruption and sleaze.
