I have to quote you on this one "(emakapulaya Ba Fred Mwila balekana abaso ati iyi structure teyabola)" this right here separates you from all the yapping from people who never played football in their lives. Some coaches would even send you home just from watching you run, Bwa bola ni bwa bola. All these boys the fans are praising are all wacked out average players, nothing special about any of these players. Yet We expect them to beat Egypt, and the funny thing is every player the fans asked for was given a chance. This has been the case even back in the days. I remember We used to have players like Haile (Rasta) in the national team just because the fans loved him. This has been a one of the root of the problems.

Am enjoying this as when i say players should see playing for Zambia as a privelege and not a right people think i just talk. Naifwe fwema fans sometimes are content with failure-i was amazed to hear people talking about some players stabilising the team after we lost at home to the same team that we drew with away at the dreaded Cairo Stadium.

Enoch Sakala is the plangest pulanga and to have such unskilled players as pointman in a final says a lot. Look at the Zimbabwean ex-basketballer target-man na skill akwete. Honestly guys nangu twalipwa noti every Jim and Jack should play ku squad. Even Peter Chilemena (by the way Ba Spaks got him a scholarship in the USA) is better than Enoch Sakala as even step (emakapulaya Ba Fred Mwila balekana abaso ati iyi structure teyabola). Whether he scored for ZESCO or not, i wouldn't play him in any team i would coach.

Bailiffs swept FAZ House last week. That's why i said Presidential fundraising ilya wasn't long-term (remember Hope Foundation, MMCI etc things that people only support just because the President is involved). If at all all was well and good, these so called Corporates should make Chipolopolo self-sustaining as is the case kuno ku Tanzania where NMB Bank(Sponsored by Rabobank like ZANACO) and Serengeti Breweries sponsor the National Team while Vodacom (can we stop blocking them coming to Zambia so that they sponsor Mighty and Nkana like the do Simba and Yanga in liaison with Serengeti Breweries here).

Last Saturday I witnessed the 5th biggest derby in Africa (1.Al Ahly-Zamalek, 2. Kaiser-Orlando 3. Raja-Wydad 4. Asante Kotoko 5. Simba-Yanga in Tanzania) and Patrick Phiri’s Simba beat Yanga 1-0 to make 10 wins in 10 games, Patrick Phiri has cult hero status here. Met him at a hotel i went to have lunch today and we had a good chat(Phone number +255765302467 incase any of you need to talk to him).

Well said mudala. Maybe failure to qualify for AFCON will be the wake up call required. Though I think if we do qualify for AFCON we could do better than most expect. I say tis because having a dismal qualifying campaign might work in our favour in terms of being underestimated by our opposition.

Personally, I think HR has been playing to the peanut gallery way too much. Every player the fans request, somehow ends up getting called up. I'm almost beginning to wonder if there is some sort of people telling him who to try out. Lets also understand that we took an experimental team ku COSAFA. Angola sent under 20's SA sent local young guns and we did the same. It is good that some of the younger upcoming players got a chance to wear the national team jersey and honestly thats what tournaments like COSAFA and CECAFA are for. I like that HR is trying out new players and new formations to try and address the current situation, but he really needs to find a way to motivate the players. We should accept the positives of this tournament, and not really continue to rest our laurels on COSAFA, for Zim ..this is their AFCON since they are not going they had to perform in the only tournament they could. For us, SA, and Angola it was a time to try new things and new players. Now that its done, well back to the real task at hand,... surviving in Kigali. HR needs to stop playing to the crowd, he should stick to his guns..like he did on the Tana situation. He has tried everyone we have asked for...now he needs to pick who he is going to keep. I agree with Gametime12 any soccer player should be able to adjust to a 4-3-3. And it worked until the final game so you can't blame the coach for sticking with it. Unless Zambia can pay Sven Erikson the sort of money required, I suggest we hunker down and play a multitude of friendlies before AFCON (if we qualify) also bane can't we play a friendly before Rwanda (ask Malawi or Kenya..they have a crunch match also)

whats the measure for failure in Zed terms kansi?? The whole point of an expatriate coach is the expectation of better results than a local coach so if this expectation is not met what is the expat coach there for??? The same way our locals did not get us to the world cup this chap has done the same. Our locals were even closer than him and our locals won these small tournaments and he has failed to win any of them. What is it that continues to justify this guys stay kansi?? Kalusha's admin that can say there was no one at fualt after playing students in an international friendly is another joker that needs to leave administartion and management to administrators and managers. Footballers should play fotball and if they have the caling coach football. If Kalu could see nothing wrong with what hapened in England then there are obviously many things that are wrong in football house that his eyesight is not able to focus on. This crop of administrators will get us nowere and the fact that the coach is useless is just a byproduct of the useless leadership at football house. Its even evident in the arrogance of both the administartion and the coach.

Pankhu :HR has no tactical knowledge about football. He is very defensive in his formations, how he plays with two defensive mids is out of this world. I would understand if we were playing Spain or Brazil. What happened to the 4-4-2 system. We have very good wingers in kalaba, Allan Mukuka, Felix katongo, Clifford Mulenga. Why he abolished the 4-4-2 system katwishi.
We will not see our players playing in England or Europe when our team is being thrashed ma 2-0, 3-1 and scoring ma 1 gaol.

The 4-3-3 formation is for teams like Barcelona and Brazil. Barcelona and Brazil have always played this system because of the kind or rather type of players they have/had. Look at Barcelona now they have Messi, Zlatan and Henry in front, look at their midfield and defence. Infact they play 3-4-3 when attaching and 4-3-3 when defending. They have the right players for the system. HR should look at the players he has got before choosing a system, but ka guy kaliba sana uku yumfwa. Go back to France and see which club will give butter and bread none at all. Why should our football suffer because of HR and FAZ, just why. 4-3-3 HR ubu kopo

Good points u have come up with. In addition the coach should just resign. He should not wait to be fired. Let him go to Algeria and coach a club i.e. if Algeria qualify for SA2010 otherwise he will not be welcome. HR kabiwe fye mune chapwa

Kolokombwa Unveiled – Winza Sichali :Another bad weekend, Liverpool lost and Zambia got wired by those kwere kweres. But inI have now decided to use my real name from now onwards. These things have copyrighted you know, but dont call me Kolokmbwa when we meet, i will punch your nose !
In all fairness, they were better, sharper in front of goal – basically clinical. The goals they scored were good and well worked out. They showed us what we have been lacking upfront. We have to ask ourselves questions about our srike force which hardly threatened. Our defence was exposed ( if I am not mistaken Dennis Banda was substituted for Thomas Nyirenda ) but it really didn’t change things much. Is that Jacob Banda the best local goal keeper ? Is he better than Davy Kaumbwa ? I only fault Renard on two things – team selection and tactics. Why did he leave kennedy Mudenda of Power ? the boy would have provided more attacking options which were lacking. Why do we play with one striker upfront even when we are down ? I also wondered about the logic of substituting Sunzu for hachipuka when we were chasing the game. I Thought attacking options would be introduced in such circumstances.
Anyway, the positives are the revelations of Sunzu, that left back wearing jersey 4, that Luka phiri wearing 17 and of course Allan Mukuka. We live to fight another day

Kolokombwa ala taumfwa wa seke shsa sana, nga bu Mike Tyson bwafuma kwi??
