AC Oulu continued their impressive form regaining top spot in the Ykkonen, after a tough match at rivals TP 47, in the border city of Tornio.

TP 47 capitalized early on, opening the scoring in the 7th minute. They doubled their lead in the second half with a goal in the 66th minute. The home side weren’t able to repel the Oulu attack for good, and Dominic’s shift to his normal central midfield position was the catalyst for the games change.
Former Finnish international Mika Nurmela scored in the 81st minute, and the flood gates opened. Dominic equalized in the 84th minute, twinkling the twine of the net for his 5th goal of the season, followed by Joni Korhonen putting the game away in the 87th minute.

NOAH CHIVUTA SCORED AGAINST SUNDOWNS AND IT WAS A PK.I ALSO WATCHED JACOB MULENGA HE HAD 5 DESCENT CHANCES STILL DIDN’T TAKE THEM HIS NEEDS TO IMPROVE IN FRONT OF BUT HE USED HIS POWER TO FIGHT OFF DEFENDERS WHICH WAS GOOD
Saku got some face time!!! This is great news. No goals this week, now that is worrying.
wanna a zambian friend?
Good for saku and hope he impresses in the next game.
Is Mbesuma still suspended?
Rops lost 9-0! Yaba is Saileti still coaching the team. 9-0 heh!
boring…. any luck the national team will get any friendly games before egypt?
The guys in finland are just time wasters.no zambian player has moved frm finland to a better club.9-0 is 2 big a margin and this is a team wth about 7 zambian players or rather say ts a zambian club based in finland.t does nt move me much, wen i hear that goals were scored there.
Is Rops a Zambian madalas team or what ? I doubt whether there is serious football there. I think its just an employment centre with Saileti as the facilitator. With so many Zambians in the team, a Zambia coach – i think banwa fye abaiche !
This RoPS is completely professional team. It’s hard to believe but it’s true.
RoPs is a tourist team how dou lose 9-0,ts amazng.
Am glad nw felix hez seeing games
well from my observation i have se that its either our players are subsituted or geting in as subs. not good at all when you are playing in low leagues and low divisions. but hey our league here in zambia isnt as competetive and so is our national team and that spills over to the quality of players that we send overseas. we need to work on our league and marketing of our players abroad to clubs with a good vision and ambition so as to close the gap a bit. Look at the number of players in georgia, finland, hungary, armenia etc. you will hardly find any national team player for ivory coast or cameroun ,nigeria playing in such leagues, worse by being a sub. not god at all for our national team , thats why we find i hard to qualify for anything these days. We hope that katongo doeant end in the second tier, lets count on kalaba and jacob, maybe they can bring back the days of kalusha and charles musonda in UEFA matches
@m It must be hard M, is there anything left to salvage from the season? What’s the way forward for Rops?
Zamfoot, any word on Mbola?
True, really true
In my opinion, this season was a huge disaster. RoPS is currently on the last position in the league. They need to win their last match against KuPS and JJK have to lose their own against Tampere United.
It seems like the Africans who are playing for RoPS doesn’t have the right attitude.
Kalulushi Mordern Stars 1 : 0 Nkana, Nkana maintained the lead for division one north after Rangers who were second on the table drew at Nchanga Staduim. The game played at Independence Staduim (Home staduim for hosts) in Kalulushi was even untill three minutes to go when the hosts scored to ensure they collected maximum points from the league leaders.
Mighty got all the three points at shinde and are closing up on Nkana and Rangers making the promotion fight tricky for the three former premier league clubs.
Nkana supporter were not happy with results and showed thier displeasure by showering the dressing rooms for the players and official with stones after the game. The violent Nkana fans had to be dispersed by tear gases by the alert police before their acts could degenerate into some fatality.
My Appeal to all Nkana Supporters is, please let us be peacefull we can not be picking up stones every time we lose, there are better ways of expressing our feeling.
Finnish and Swedish are official languages of Finland. But every one in Finland can speak English also so that cannot be the problem.
Gud game 4 Saku,I hope to see him play on the Zambian soil once more on saturday.Lets go Zambia!!
It is a pity my dear. The truth is the size of your economy will determine how much is invested in football. How come in South Africa MTN sponsors a number of soccer teams while in Zambia its contribution to sport is just a drop in the ocean. Why? The answer is simply because in South africa the economy is quite big and strong and as such their revenues are huge and thus can afford to spend some on sport.Of course they are other factors at play but at the end of the day, the amount of money in your economy will determine how much soccer/sport will get.
sakuhawa you ‘re the future for zed football.Wrk hard.
Never,
I don’t whether size of economy is directly proportional to sports investment especially when I think of perhaps smaller economies like Burkina Faso having hosted the AFCON that Zambia failed to do in 1988 leading to the Dag razing down. Also remember the ALL AFRICA GAMES saga
