the same bakala’s, sichone’s, chansa’s, you are talking about have played in previous world cup qualifiers, did they qualify us to the world cup? please just keep quiet and stop advancing unjust causes. just admit, we have lost. i think the margin would have been more if those guys you are championing had played. rememer the 3-0 loss to benin, 5-1 loss to egypty and 1-0 loss at home to senegal? the team lost despite having these tired legs you are talking about in the team.

Amuna Onzuna :Guys,we seriously need Sinkala and Chansa to complete this team.We lost the game from in the middle of the pack.I saw that Chris was always coming deep into midfield to collect balls,and the Algerians really packed their defence.Algeria came for a draw,but they were even surprised to themselves that they won by that margin.The Strikers we have can be better with a strong midfield,thats how we won it in SA.Chris was able to make those runs upfront because of the strong midfield we had in Chansa,Bakala and Sinkala.Ask the South Africans,they will tell you.Bernard Mcathy did not shine because we had a strong midfield.Im not aggitating for Old-tired leggs,but,experience in that field is needed for such big games.We cant be throwing away chances because a player made a mistake in the past.William Njobvu,Nsunzu and Sakuwaha would have done nothing to that Algerian packed defence.Lets swallow our pride,we still have a chance,lets re-call those experienced midfielders and try them in a friendly.

I am agreeing with you Amuna Onzuna. Lets call Tana, Sichone for the Central defence. Chansa,Bakala and Sinkala then we will see ourselves in South Africa come 2010 moreover these people can be there to help groom the Fwayos, Feligos, Nyambes and Bandas of this world

For those calling for Kabamba,let them be told that we have enough quality in the national team right now.It is just a question of finding the right combination.People should know that Kabamba is nowhere near the quality of Fwayo and Mayuka who are playing in far much stronger leagues than Kabamba.Please let us be realistic in our wishes.

Zambia just needs quality friendlies in order to be able to come up with the wining permuatation.

KK11 :One thing I take from this games is that we have a great young team for the future(next 2 yrs)Mbola, Felix,Kalaba,Fwayo,Nyambe,Banda,Mayuka,jacob,Given all these guys will be big names on the continent mark my words!we can still go to Algeria and win, so it aint over yet.

We just hope most of them are truly young.
