Rumour mill: Former Chelsea boss Jose Mourihno is believed to have agreed to coach Nigeria. The special one has been linked to various top european clubs such AC Milan, Barcelona, Inter Milan as well as Real Madrid.
Back to Zambia, the FAZ will be meeting on Tuesday afternoon to decide the fate of Chipolopolo coach Patrick Phiri. The new executive headed by African legend Kalusha Bwalya should decide whether to offer Phiri a new contract or bow to public pressure for an expatriate coach.
Phiri’s contract expired on 29th March after a two year at the helm.
